We are looking for a star System Field Drone Operator to join the team in shaping the future of autonomous drones.

Responsibilities
- Participate in the in-field testing of Percepto’s next-era autonomous drone system
- Ensure flight testing equipment readiness, operations, and safety
- Set field testing goals with Percepto teams
- Test product capabilities and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with local aviation regulations
- Be a part of the Percepto drone Production process
- Become a part of Percepto's product development
Requirements
- Proven technical record operating drones
- Licensed CAAI (RATA) drone operator – an Advantage
- High reading and writing abilities in English
- High level of hardware-related technical skills- assembly, repair, etc.
- Capable of leading technical demonstrations and hardware testing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
- Willing to travel
- Familiarity with international drone aviation regulations - an Advantage
- Ability to self-learn in a highly dynamic and ambitious work environment
- Successfully work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation
- Ability to handle various customer-facing situations
